Buying an Apartment

Because we recognise that moving is a stressful time, our sales advisors are trained to make life as easy as possible for our customers. From arranging valuations on your own home to liaising with solicitors and agents during the sales process, they are working behind the scenes to make the move as smooth as possible. We might even be able to arrange for you to have a personal move manager to help you organise your move and the disposal of unwanted items.

And because we know that you want to know your name is on an apartment before your own home goes on sale, we’ll give you time to sell your own home first.

You may also benefit from financial advice from an independent adviser and we can put you in touch with people who are qualified to give such advice, and who do so at no cost.


We fully comply with the Consumer Code for Home Builders(2010) which serves to protect your interests from the beginning to the end of your purchase.

We will ensure that:

  • You are given all the information required about our development & individual apartments so that you can make an informed purchasing decision.
  • We will be truthful and honest in all avenues of communication with you.
  • We will provide help and guidance on the sale of your property.
  • We will explain the services we provide clearly along with any additional costs and provide a description of the management of the development.
  • Our Reservation agreement and Contract of Sale is fair, reliable and clearly explains your cancellation rights.
  • We will communicate with you regularly throughout the purchasing process and give you details of how to contact us if you have any questions, during the Homes sale, purchase and Legal completion.
  • The NHBC Buildmark Warranty is explained to you.
  • Upon handover and occupation, we shall demonstrate how to operate all the appliances and offer advice on health and safety and energy efficiency.
  • Your apartment has been completed to an agreed standard and specification.
  • You have been provided with all the contacts, guarantees and warranties that apply to your home.
  • The building, communal areas and gardens are well maintained.
